A link to the Q&A will be included with your ticket purchase, and will be hosted on the same platform as the film.
The Q&A is scheduled for Thursday, October 17 at 9pm ET / 6pm PT. We suggest watching the film at 7pm ET / 4pm PT and then joining us at 9pm ET / 6pm PT for the Q&A. However, one can enjoy the Q&A first, and then enjoy the film afterward too. The Q&A will be available via encore or repeat viewing throughout the viewing period.Absolutely. We encourage you to lead discussions about the film, either in-person or virtually with folks in your community.
The filmmakers are available for Q&A’s either by Zoom, or in person with some advance logistics.
We are also happy to supply discussion questions aimed at both younger audiences and adult audiences.

Each ticket is per household. Given that this is a grassroots effort and we have made efforts to keep the film affordable, we would appreciate your support by purchasing tickets for every 2 adult viewers.

Prior to October 17, 2024, we are happy to offer full refunds if you are no longer available during the streaming weekend.
Once the streaming period begins, refunds will not be accepted.

The film is appropriate for most ages. There are three curse words.
For computer or mobile device: click or touch anywhere on the media player to bring up the status bar. Click the gear shaped icon in the bottom right corner of the media player, select the desired language from the Subtitles menu.
Captions are not compatible with casting, and will not appear on the tv screen. To watch a film with captions on a television, try connecting a computer to the television with an HDMI cable or use use the Eventive TV app if they have a Roku, Firestick or Apple tv.
For Roku: Press the star (*) button on remote and then choose the closed captions option in the menu that appears.
For Fire TV: Pause the film and then select the settings cog in the upper righthand corner of the screen, then choose the desired subtitle track. For Apple TV: Touch the clickpad on the remote to bring up the film’s status bar. Select the caption bubble that appears above the right end of the status bar and select the desired language from the Subtitles menu.
Yes, the film is subtitled in French and Spanish.
Any group, including nonprofit organizations, community groups, schools, government agencies, and businesses are able to host a screening.
A screening license is required to host a screening and/or show the film to a larger audience. A screening license for Bella! includes:
1) Access to the 102-minute film during a 24-hour screening period
2) A license to host a group screening, either virtually (online), in-person, or both (online and in-person)
3) Permission to advertise your screening, charge for admission, or accept donations.
4) Advertising materials, including images and logos from the film
5) A post-screening discussion packet to help facilitate your group’s discussion of the film
6) Screening support from our team
The screening license fee is based on group size. The screening license fee is as follows:
- Up to 50 people = $500 USD
- Up to 100 people = $950 USD
- Up to 200 people = $1,500 USD
- Up to 500 people = $2,500 USD
